Director of Operations
Mr. Chiavario is responsible for managing the daily financial operations of the company and those of more than 30 properties that we manage and also serves as the senior property manager for the company. He has been a professional residential, commercial and industrial property manager since 2006. He previously held corporate finance and accounting positions with Rowe Furniture, Jack in the Box Inc. and Alliant Insurance Services. Mr. Chiavario is proud of the work he has done for his clients by preserving and increasing the value of the assets we manage as well as streamlining accounting procedures to provide best in class financial reports. Mr. Chiavario graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration and holds a California Bureau of Real Estate license. Rogenie Cordero
Property Accountant
Ms. Cordero assists the team with daily accounting functions. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from National University and 120 credit units of computer programming from Miramar College. She is currently sitting for California Certified Public Accountant exams. She joined Strategic in Spring of 2018 and is currently working on her California real estate license. Prior joining Strategic, Ms. Cordero was an Accounting Manager for a company in an automation industry. She enjoys learning new things everyday and online marketing is just one of them.
Alicia Vargason DRE License #02050929
Property Manager
Mrs. Vargason assists with the daily operations of the company’s portfolio of more than 30 properties. She previously held an assistant position with Equity Office on a downtown San Diego high-rise office building, and has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years. She was recruited in 2015 for her excellent customer service skills, and is a valued team member. She has an Associate’s degree in Biology from San Diego Mesa College, is certified in medical assistance and holds a California real estate license.
